Background

Nihonkai Shuzo faces the Japan Sea in Shimane Prefecture, accordingly their sakes feature a subtle salinic component which tends to complement the fresh seafood.  Brewed at low temperatures using rice sourced from Shimane and Mitsumi groundwater.
