The ethos of our sake portfolio is simple.  We maintain a diverse selection reflective of the places from which they come and the craftspeople who create them.  Our sake portfolio is comprised exclusively of non-fortified junmai (pure rice) sakes that harken back to the origin of true sake in the Nara Period (AD 710 – 794).
