Background
Toshimori Shuzo is a pioneer in the revival of a formerly extinct strain of Omachi sake brewing rice known as Akaiwa Omachi.
Special Characteristics
Junbaishu is made by steeping whole Okayama cultivated Japanese Ume plums in sake brewed using Omachi sake brewing rice. Minimal sugar added.
