In 1967, Niida-Honke began producing its all natural Kinpou line using 100% Shizenmai rice, cultivated on their 600 acre property without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. By 2009, 98% of the rice utilized by Niida-Honke was Shizenmai rice.
Brewed from 100% self-produced all natural Shizenmai rice, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, similar in tenet to that of biodynamic or natural wine production.

Location
Crisp and tangy fruits characterize the aromas with starfruit, white melon and lemon zest. In the mouth it is vibrant and gentle with a core of vaguely sweet honeysuckle followed by earthy melon and light green moss. Light and refreshing.
