Deriving conceptual inspiration from the severn harmonious constituent colors of the rainbow; aligning the five basic tastes (sweet, salty, sour, bitter, savory) with the two aromatic sensations (orthonasal aroma and retronasal aroma) resulting in a superb balance between flavor and aroma.
