Bunraku Junmai Dai-Ginjyo is brewed using 100% Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo "Toku A." It is soft, elegantly bright with a faintly sweet delicate and smooth finish.

Intensely pungent and fruity on the nose with tropical aromas like guava, kiwi and mango. Sweetly opulent in the mouth with rich layers of perfume that alternate between floral and tropical. It finished crisp and dry with excellent balance.
