Established in 1904, on the eastern border of Kochi Prefecture.  Being a small brewery allows for a concerted effort to create real sake that one will want to experience over and over.  Every sake has a distinct personality, and although it seems like common sense the objective of the brewery is to product sake that fans will always think to be delicious and easy to drink.  Sake is a living organism.  One must utilize the best ingredients and commit all focus on the craft;  this is the duty of the brewery.
