Kinryo Kusukami (Camphor Tree God) is made using yeast isolated from the 900 Year old Camphor Tree that stands guard on the Kinryo brewery grounds. Legend has it that the Kotohira Tengu used to rest at this tree.

An intriguingly savory nose evokes fermented plum and white peach flesh. Light on the tongue with fresh flavors of minerals, cucumber and Asian pear. It is very elegant as it gently fades to clean minerality on the palate.
